ShippingA 3rd party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery service. In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your participation is needed.
The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, just before you click to authorize the payment of your order. A flat rate of RM10 will be charged for order exceeded RM100 (apply for West Malaysia). Shipping charges for East Malaysia will be quote after the order placed and inform via email or telephone call.

DeliveryAfter you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will update you the verification process as soon as possible by email or telephone call. After successful verification, most products can be delivered in 1 to 6 business days to major cities in Malaysia, while delivery to areas outside large city centers and delivery to East Malaysia can take 7 to 14 business days. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will deliver within the stipulated time frame.
You will received a Tracking Number provided by our customer service team once your order are successfully delivered, you can track your order by using the tracking Number. In the rare situations that if your item is defected or is missing from your order please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Cancellations
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (damage, wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back in 7 calendar days. Before an item is returned, we advise you to always first contact Customer Service.
Return items must be return together with original box (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and receipt. The item must not have been used or installed in any manner. All securely sealed items must not be opened.
Once we have received the returned item, we will review the item and the case accordingly. This verification and approval process includes inspection, testing and fraud screening, and we may review the case with the merchant and third party delivery partners.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased items to us, please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage.
If you a requesting to cancel your order that is being shipped parcel, you must contact us within 2hrs from the time the order was placed. We apologize, orders placed online or over the phone that are shipped parcel begin processing immediately to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time.
